FREQUENTLY asked
do you shoot in both b&w and colour?
I deliver a variation of images edited in a filmique inspired colour edit and a timeless monochromatic edit. Around 70% of your gallery is presented in colour, with the rest in black and white.
what are your prices/ do you offer package options? how much is the retainer fee to secure my date?
For further info about packages and additional extras, please visit my ‘info & fee’s’ page. Prices start from £375.00 p/h (a minimum booking of 3 hours is required and a £75.00 travel charge) all prices quoted are inclusive of UK travel and accommodation charges. For Scotland/ Ireland there is an additional £250.00 charge for travel. For European and worldwide locations, prices will be quoted to you upon enquiry to include travel and accommodation.
A retainer fee of £500 is required to secure your booking with any remaining balances due on the 1st of the month prior to your wedding (e.g. for a wedding on February 18th, the balance would be due on January 1st)
how many photos will we recieve? how long will it take for us to get our photos?
I avoid providing a specific number of images you'll receive, as it can vary significantly based on several factors. As a rough guideline, an 8-hour coverage typically yields around 400+ photos. Factors influencing this include the number of formal photos taken, the time spent on couples' portraits, and the types of entertainment on the day.
A small gallery will be delivered within a week of your wedding, with the final gallery provided within 12 weeks.
Will you require food on the day and if so, what are your dietary requirements?
For coverage over 5 hours, I kindly request a meal, if possible—something hot is greatly appreciated.
Your venue or catering team may already accommodate for vendors so it’s best to check with them for advice. As for dietary requirements, I don’t eat fish, mayo, or beans/pulses. If you're unsure about meal options and the venue has a bar or restaurant, you can choose to set up a tab for me instead so I can choose my own food.
When and how can we book you?
You can book in whenever you feel ready! Simply fill in a contact form and then from there, we’ll run over your plans and if you’re liking what you see and hear - we can get you booked in. The more details you can provide up front, the better.
Please do be aware that I work on a first come first served basis. This means the first person to confirm their booking with a booking fee and a signed contract will secure the date. Due to my busy schedule, I am only able to offer video calls during office hours (out of hours calls are offered on a case by case basis) You can found availability and more details via my Calendly diary - https://calendly.com/chloemary
