I’m deeply inspired by the power of nostalgia and even from a young age, I was the curious creative child capturing life with her little point-and-shoot camera. Back in a time when none of us felt the pressure to be ‘picture perfect’ but instead, chose to document the real moments in our lives to relive at a later date. No posing, no setting up something that wasn’t happening naturally, just authentically capturing a moment in time. That feeling of authenticity is something I carry with me now and strive to translate into my work today.
