Thank you so much for your interest in working with me. I limit my bookings to just 20 couples each year, out of deep respect for the responsibility of documenting your day. This allows me to give each couple the time, attention and personal care their story deserves, and to craft a bespoke experience tailored to your vision.

Initial Enquiry
Share any details you'd like me to know - more about your plans, your vision for the day and what drew you to my work. I love learning what makes your relationship unique and understanding what matters most to you when it comes to honouring your day in photo form.
Personal Response
I'll send you a personalised reply within a few days, including availability, package options, and answers to any questions you might have about working together.
Complimentary Consultation
You'll be invited to a relaxed discovery call where we can get to know each other better and explore your plans in more detail. This is where we talk through how my approach works, so you know exactly what to expect and can feel confident that we're the right fit.
Secure Your Date
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll sign a contract and you'll pay a non-refundable retainer to secure your wedding date. Your date is then reserved exclusively for you. Any remaining balance is due on the 1st of the month before your wedding.
Final Preparations
Around four weeks before the day, I'll send a questionnaire which is used to gather your timeline information, notes on any key people to be aware of, and any essential group photos you'd like to include. There's no need for a long or complicated shot list; this questionnaire is designed to give me everything I need to document your day thoughtfully and naturally. You'll have the option to book a final call to walk through everything together, so by the time your day comes you can switch off, be present, and trust me to quietly take care of the rest
Frequently Asked Questions
If you'd like to proceed with booking me as your photographer, a £500 non-refundable retainer fee is due alongside a signed contract (completed through my online system).
I am based in Bristol however am available to travel all over the UK, Ireland, Scotland and am more than happy to jump on a plane in order to document your story.
Due to the nature of my style relying on being in the moment and reacting to things happening around me, I don't put a select number or limitation on the quantity of photos I deliver to my couples. Each wedding is as unique as you so instead, I aim to deliver a curated selection of photos that I feel tell the story of your day and encompasses the shared experiences we had together.
Your images are edited in a true-to-life, film-inspired style, with a mix of timeless black and white. Heavy retouching is not included but can be requested after your final gallery is delivered, at an additional cost through an external provider.
A sneak peek is delivered to you within 1–2 weeks of your wedding date with the remaining images delivered within 12 weeks. I will always do my best to get them to you sooner where possible.
Cancellations incur the loss of your non-refundable retainer fee and dependant on the length of notice given, may incur further charges. For postponements, you can select a new date within one year of the original booking for a transfer fee of £250 and the original booking price honoured. Outside of this time, a new retainer of £500 will be due and booking prices subject to the currently advertised rate.
As part of booking with me, you'll receive exclusive access to my 'little black book' which is full of supplier recommendations to help you with planning. Suppliers are regularly vetted, updated and refreshed with new talent throughout the year and are either people I've had the pleasure of working with first hand or have come highly recommended in the industry. Available on request.
I am insured for both Public and Professional liability and can provide certificates of insurance upon request if required by your venue.
